The menus are of the usual ugly (and sometimes confusing) Mei Ah variety, and the rest of the disc has a generic feel as well. There are only nine chapter stops -- none of them really matching up to the photos in the menus -- and the disc is not time-coded. The extras are really anything but; you don't even get the trailer for the movie. However, the movie itself has a pretty nice transfer; the colors are nice and the picture is sharp. Besides some mushiness for the first 10-15 minutes, the sound is done well also. It's worth a look but don't kill yourself getting to the video store.
