I think I've learned a good rule of thumb -- if a Tai Seng disc has "English dubbed" on it, then stay the hell away from it. This is one of the worst DVDs I have ever seen. The picture is washed-out and full of scratches (the TV formatting also kills the fight composition), and it sounds like crap with an atrocious dubbing job. You'll probably get more enjoyment out of this disc by using it as a drink coaster rather than watching it.
