A LA cop (Wong) takes revenge for his partner, who was killed by a drug lord (Norris). A mostly nondescript movie that features a couple of decent fight sequences, but, on the same hand, a lot of shots of Norris' ugly hairy back. If you dig your kung-fu movies with lots of bad dialogue/dubbing and even worse butterfly collars and bell-bottoms, then check out Yellow Faced Tiger.
