Lau Ching-Wan is an undercover cop sent in to bring down a violent robber (Robin Shou) but becomes a suspect himself when a raid turns deadly for his superior. Lau puts in a good turn and some of the cinematograpghy is nice, but that can't save this movie from seeming a bit flat. There are a couple of good action sequences that liven things up a bit, but they're nothing good enough to make The Most Wanted more than an average cop movie.
